Publisher Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy sets out what we expect from publishers in the eBid marketplace. It exists to protect the value of every participating site: advertisers pay real money for real attention, and one bad actor damages trust for everyone.
Eligible sites
- You own the site or are authorised to monetize it.
- The site has genuine, human traffic and original or meaningfully curated content.
- The site does not host or link to illegal content, malware, hate material, or content designed to deceive.
- Sites consisting mainly of scraped, auto-generated or placeholder content are not eligible.
Placement rules
- The ad unit must remain clearly identifiable as advertising, including its "Ad · eBid" attribution.
- Do not place the unit where accidental clicks are likely: overlapping interactive elements, adjacent to navigation the visitor is about to press, or inside deceptive UI.
- Do not modify the unit's content, imitate site UI with it, or wrap it in misleading headings such as "Download".
Traffic quality
- Never click ads on your own site or ask others to click them.
- No incentivised clicking, click exchanges, bots, paid-to-click traffic or automated visitors.
- Purchased traffic is acceptable only if it is genuine human traffic acquired transparently (for example, promoting your own site through advertising).
Enforcement
Invalid traffic is excluded from earnings automatically. Deliberate or repeated violations lead to removal from the marketplace and forfeiture of earnings attributable to invalid activity. We aim to warn first for honest mistakes; we do not warn for fraud.
Leaving
Remove the embed at any time and your participation ends immediately. Validated earnings remain payable per the Terms of Service.
